Our Story

Back in 1993 I started as a property manager for one of the US banks and slowly my goals changed from being an investment consultant to construction, I saw the potential in construction is endless.

What happened was that I recognize the disconnect between contractors and users. White collared versus blue collared.

I never lied to myself! I realize being a specialist was a way to go and not to be a GC due to my lack of patience.  As a GC, you have to be with a client from A-to-Z and disclosure cost and profits.  As a specialist the better you are, the quicker you are the more successful you become and unlimited amount of income!!

Back in 1996 I started as a part time job after getting my painting license and with putting a good team together, we started with painting most of MOBIL gas station in SOCAL. Slowly we developed into the flooring company with my brother, he was the top salesperson for Carpeteria company.

When we first started, we only install tile and carpet vinyl and painted. I quickly became one of the only stores on the block that remodeled bathrooms and countertops. There’s a differentiation between us and everyone else. Even though we were the smallest on the block we were the most recognized. One of the largest companies vice president asked me to remodel his house for him. That’s when I knew I was doing something, right!!

Shortly after I started understanding cabinets countertops the full remodel. We became unlimited and diversified. We started doing custom cabinets, manufactured cabinets, custom showers, custom countertops. We had a big.

I’ve been doing this for 27 years, and it is the most gratifying business that I’ve ever been in. Majority of my employees have been with me at least for 20 years and as we grow, we add more team members to our crow including young, smart, fast learners, to help our new generation gain more experience from experienced crew and get ready for new project as we need.

My success was built by my employees. Majority of my employees have been working from 13 to 27 years.  Successful and comes by respect and loving in your employees.  We gave respect to employees, and they gave a success.

Majority of our clients treated like a family also, We believe you cheat peoples homes like it’s like your own.  Every business transaction, has to have free groups of people being happy. One for Client two installers 3 us as business owners. If all parties are not happy, then it’s not a good transaction. Our success is driven by returning clients and Word of mouth, not by mass marketing.  The second goal we have another most important goal is to make money on the purchase not on the sell.  What is this mean? If you are making 20%, your profit on the purchase, you have the most happiest clients and you have success as a businessman.

We are fair in our transactions with our clients and have special discount for general contractor, home builders and real estate agents. We do believe in the making our money on the purchase not on the sell we try to buy our products at the best price as possible, so most of our money is made on the purchase of the product not on the sell the product I think that's our secret to success.

We don’t do any advertising, we receive all of our projects by referral, as we make relationship with our customers, they introduce us to their family and we get more projects, customer satisfaction is the most important part our business, w are open for all comments and recommendations and we believe there is a room for improvement all the times.

I take a lot pride by allowing all my clients to reach me at any time. Success is treating people the way they want to be treated.

 

We have certified installers in house, and we follow the guideline of state and never go outside of our licensing.
